JARDTEC 50ft Expanding Garden Hose - Lightweight, Flexible, Leakproof Water Hose for Outdoor, Lawn, Car Washing, and Gardening Use

This is the second hose like this that I have. For me the main advantage over rigid tube type hoses is that it stores more compactly and easily. There are 2 minor disadvantages, it takes additional time and effort to allow it to expand and contract when starting and stopping use and you cannot easily use it get water at the tap without uncoiling it and allowing it to expand. I solved the second issue by putting a Y spigot with a selector valve on the tap.I'm not sure yet about the durability. The package was open and it fell out when I lifted it from the box. There was a small snag in the mesh cover of the hose, but I didn't think it would be an issue as far as usability. Overall It looks nice. BUT.....even with full water pressure it only stretched to about 20 feet. If this thing EVER gets to 50 feet it will be more than miraculous. I'm just going to use it and call it good. I think it's too much trouble to repackage and ship back. I bought the original style one before and it is way better so I won't buy this brand again.I bought this hose because I need a temporary hose from time to time to water my plants. Read the description carefully. The inside diameter of this hose is not 3/4 of an inch. The brass fittings may be, but you are not going to get high volume out of it. I was going to use it with my pressure washer, but it won't flow enough water. I gave it 3 stars because of the restricted water flow.We just bought a house and I needed a hose for the garden and to blast the kids in the hot summer months. I've only used it a few times but it is great. Very light weight and several different settings. I used the mist on my plants and all the others on the children while they jumped on the trampoline. They couldn't get enough. As far as hoses go, I'd recommend it!At best, this hose will only reach 25ft. It is durable, flexible, and high quality, but no way is it a "50ft" hose.I needed a second hose because I was tired of dragging my regular one from my garden. This hose worked as expected. It's nice and light so handy for all ages of the family to use. It doesn't take up much room so storage is easy. I had this kind of hose two years ago, leaking water after two months. But this hose construct with a strong materials , it should last for a long timeI use the product to cook and to wash my wife and myself car. It works very well. I really love how the hose expands and comes with its own sprout and cut off clamp. I really love that it comes with a piece that can hang up everything when done. I am very satisfied with the product.I love this water hose because it is so compact and I don't need a hose reel for it. I just loop the hose over the hanger that came with it. So glad the hanger just slid over the water hose valve - no screws, etc were needed. Great product.
