Great product. Highly recommend. Will purchase again.These expandable garden hoses are easy to manuever, light weight, they retract so they store very tightly, most importantly, THEY DO NOT KINK. The hose comes with a hose holder that easy fits over the faucet, a bag, extra rubber round things, and a nozzle that has multiple functions. The brass connector is good quality and has a shut off knob. So far no leaks and the colors stay nice and bright. The included nozzle is good quality but can easily be switched out for a different nozzle or watering wand.I have replaced nearly all of my rubber garden hoses with these hoses; so far I have purchased 7 of these hoses. I have one more hose to replace and I am buying this product again, so that will make 8 for my house. I also will be purchasing at least 3 more of these hoses for my 90 year old mother. They are lightweight, easy to move around, do not kink and stay flat on the ground so they are perfect for people with strength or mobility concerns.I got this hose to replace one that was always hard in the cool mornings and so heavy I could barely drag it around. I saw some of the bad reviews for this product, but decided to try it anyway as it ranked high on several outside reviews. I LOVE THIS HOSE! It is incredibly lightweight, doesn't kink, is never stiff and unyielding. I think some people might not be taking the time to read the directions. If you leave the valve by the sprayer closed when you turn on the water, my hose stretches out to it's full length in about 30-45 seconds. Then, when I am finished, I leave the valve by the sprayer open, turn off the water and watch the thing almost magically collapse to it's unextended length as the excess water flows out. AND, the water is never hot when the thing has been in the sun like the other hoses we have so I'm never boiling my garden with hose water. Have yet to see how durable it is, but just the last two weeks of service have made this purchase well worth the purchase.I've been using this for quite a while now and it's been used in sitting in Oklahoma dry heat and still works perfectly. I like that it's not a huge long rope of hoes oz constantly laying on the grass or hard to wrap up . I would buy this again and again as needed.I love that it's pretty strong for a flexible hose you can feel how durable it is. It's very lightweight to carry out to the chicken coop to water them with a 100 ft hose I bought. I loved it so much I bought my boyfriend one for him to use in his garden. He loves it to. Well worth the money. Just wonder how it's going to last this winter though. Little worried about it expanding once the really cold weather comes.Love the hose. Works well. It is a bit too heavy. I have one that’s totally lighter. The material on this one gets caught up on the concrete. I am afraid it will eventually far. But, I love how I can use @n extension hose and a spray head.Works great just make sure you unwind it all before turning the water on if you use a hose reel, otherwise it’ll get tangled and you’ll have to turn the water off and drain it.My husband just hooked it up and only used it one time so far but said its working great. I really liked that you get two nozzels and extra washers along with the carrier rack, although I didn't really need that. I also like the look. We got the blue and black.Loved the expandable garden hose and sprayer. Super lightweight and pretty powerful. The old expandable hoses used to explode during the winter months, but I think this one should be okay!Thought that this hose was on the expensive side but turned out to be an excellent value great product delivered earlier than advertised
