Worked fine for awhile (about 3 months), then ruptured internally. Contacted seller for replacement. No warranty. Don't waste your money. We purchase so many different kind of garden hose every year. This is a good light weighted expandable hose. I have been used it in our gardens and flower beds for 1 month now. Easy to use and storage. The spray nozzle is nice. It feels good quality. There are 10 positions for a variety of water streams. The hose is very flexible, expand the length when the water pressure is on, and contracts to its original length when water is out. Magic hose, so far it works great, we are happy with the product, hopefully It will last long this time. This was to replace our last stretchy hose that was absolutely destroyed. Truthfully, I'm not sure how that happened. Careless kid snagging it on something or robot lawnmower running over it. The fact of the matter is all the stretchy hoses I've had seem to be the same material that will snag somewhat easily on sharp objects/corners. or could be easily cut by accident. This is being used in our backyard which is almost completely grass, but depending on where the hose needs to go, it may go around some corners or stairs or objects that could ultimately bring it to its demise. That's the risk in these hoses, but the payoff for me is much more important. I love how easy it is to wind this hose back up and hang it on the provided hook. No more untwisting traditional hoses and lugging them around. The stretchiness is nice because you won't feel like you are handling a 100' hose. Once the water is off and the pressure is relieved, the hose will retract and shrink back down. This is a nice lightweight expandable hose. We have used it in our home gardens for a couple of days now. These styles of hoses are very nice especially for older people because they weigh next to nothing at all. It's difficult for me to wrangle a 100-ft hose from one place to another but this one shrinks down to a manageable and lightweight size. I just throw it into the included canvas storage bag for storage in the garage or move it to the next hose bib to use in another section of our yard. It's pretty sweet actually. The spray nozzle that came with it is the traditional trigger grip style that works quite well and has many different spray patterns to choose from.PROS:*Light weight and easy to handle*Easy to transport and store*Nice sprayer nozzle included*Storage bag and extra washers included*It doesn't tangle or kinkCONS:*Lightweight build will not stand up to use over gravel or other rough terrain.*It took forever to get here... Seriously took 6 weeks before it arrived.Since it took so long to arrive, I got another lightweight hose from another company so now I have multiple hoses of this style to use in various places in the yard. I have a big yard so this isn't an issue and I had planned on eventually getting another hose anyway, but if you only use one hose, maybe check and see how fast it says it will get here because this one was supposed to be here within two weeks and it took six weeks instead. In summation, this seems to be a decent hose but only time will tell if it holds up. For now, I am very happy with it.Fine for the money. I do love that it takes up SO little space when there's no water running through it. I guess I visualized this wrong. If you look at my picture, you will see this hose is super short when not in use. It expands to the 25'. I guess I looked at the picture in the listing and the hose looked so long wrapped up! I didn't want a ton of hose to wrap up, so ordered this small size. In hindsight, I would have ordered a 50'. There still would not be a lot of hose to wrap up once there's no there's no water running through it!I am worried a bit about the attachments of the hardware at each end. In my photos, you can see there are black rubber pieces that are initially tucked into the hardware, I assume to prevent wear of the hose at the stress points? On first use, those rubber pieces came out of both ends. It took a bit of effort to put them back into place, but they came right back out when I used the hose again.I chose the 100 foot length since my spigot is all the way at the back of the house and I was hooking three hoses together to reach the front of the house so I could wash my car, water the plants etc.. Unlike regular rubber hoses, these expandable types weigh so much less and are less likely to kink. They do a little, but not in the same way rubber hoses do that cuts off the water supply completely. The biggest con with these type hoses is they are smaller in diameter so you may not get the water pressure you’re used to. That’s where I notice the difference. It’s fine to wash the car, but I was trying to wash some dirt off patio stones and the pressure wasn’t there to move the dirt and I had to go over it several times. It still does the job—just takes longer. I like that they included a carry bag, extra washers, a nozzle with ten different patterns and a nice hose hanger that fits over your spigot to store it. And the end of the hose with the nozzle has it’s own shutoff. My biggest pet peeve was this took a long time to arrive. I ordered it at the end of June and I just received it Aug. 3rd so I didn’t have it during a month I needed it most.it took 6 weeks plus 2 days for this hose to arrive; the summer was almost over! In fact, I ordered another hose from a different company and it arrived in 2 days. It’s been my primary hose all summer.YYJINGYOU’s hose found a home across the street with my neighbor. Her gardener managed to mow her rubber hose so this came at a perfect time. The manufacturer includes a nozzle with many function options, extra washers, a plastic gizmo to attach to a tree, porch, house, etc. that you can hang the hose on and a black cinch bag to stow the hose in when you put it away for the winter. All things considered, good price and functionality but extremely long shipping time✨
