BEAULIFE 100ft 304 Stainless Steel Garden Hose with Brass Nozzle - Flexible, Lightweight, Kink-Free Outdoor Water Hose for Lawn, Yard & Garden Irrigation

We purchased this hose for our front yard two years ago and liked how light it was and that it did not kink. We purchase a second one (for our backyard) a couple of months ago. It failed after about two months (outside the return window). We contacted customer service and were told to purchase another hose and then contact them and they would issue a refund. We ordered a new hose (same model) and received our refund within 4 days. Good product and excellent customer service.I have not actually received this item as yet it is in Miami to be shipped to Barbados. I ordered the same type of hose about 3 to 4 years ago and it was working very good until someone reversed their car on it and flattened a 12 inches of it. It worked ok for a while but now it is leaking near that spot that is why I ordered this one that is to come. Can you tell me if it can be repaired and what parts I would have to get to do so. I cannot rate this one right now I have to wait until another 2 weeks when I get it to do so. The rating I do here will be against the previous one which is leaking. Kindly advise by email how I should go about fixing the one I have that is leaking.Best hose I've come across! No tangling, stands up to tropical sun, just great all aroundIf I new how to repair the end it would be great. I use a lawn tractor to water and the end unraveled. Maybe I would have bought the end with a rubber protector on it. It might not have came unraveled. Utherwise it works great.overall happy with my purchase hope it last and worth the moneyAs its name implies it was used to water the garden ! The same style I had from company lasted more than 6 years! This one only 3+ months ! It was well kept with the proper storage. I am very disappointed to pay so much for for little time!!Used as a part of my irrigation system.This is a great product. Easy to maneuver, roll up or roll out. Never kinks.Love them.
